The staff doesn’t make this place worth it, they closed everything up early cause there was only about 15 people. Disappointed I paid for 2 hours to have them close a half hr early. Mopping and making the floor wet before 7pm and closing the snack bar at 7:20. I liked that it wasn’t overflowing with people. Makes it easier to keep an eye on my kids. I paid for the 2 hrs. I will not come back. The staff was all huddled in the front talking and laughing. Glad they got to go home early and that I didn’t get to enjoy the full time with my kids. No one greets you when you walk in. It’s a small place can’t imagine it takes longer than 30 to clean when everyone leaves at the time it closes

An employee walked by me 6 times when I was walking through the play area, checking on my group of kids. Then they finally want to say something about my cup. Which is water n have a lid on it! Yes a straw but I could easily tuck the straw in and close the top. So I placed my cup and the other regular water bottles on the table. The staff played a game, red light green light. I stood up from the chair/table to watch. Once it was over, I was talking to the kids. I was two steps away from the table. I turn around n all my stuff was gone! I scream aloud and asked where’s my cup?! Looking around, an employee had grab my belongings and moved it to the window area. She stated ” if no one is seating there we have to move the stuff, so the table can be used.” I told her I am! I just stood up to see the game n talk to my kids! That is so rude! Do not touch other people’s belongings or at least ask! I was two steps away from the table!! I stood up to watch the game they played! My nieces n nephews come here very often so too be treated like this is very sad n disappointing.

Literally the worst customer service. The staff have no people skills whatsoever. Don’t forget to bring a water cup because they won’t provide you with one and you are directed to the drinking fountain. I was told it’s because of the cost of the product. Why don’t they just charge the cost of the cup? I don’t want soda, I want to water and shouldn’t need to pay for “product” except for the cost of the cup. Then we ordered food and was handed the food and I asked for sauce. When I was given the sauce I said thank you and the guy just walked away.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. This place is so dirty and disgusting in the public eating areas. Tables not wiped. Food on the floor, including uneaten hamburger buns. Candy on the floor. You have to watch where you walk. They expect you to buy their overpriced, disgusting food. Considering it is on the floor, why would I want to eat it. Can’t bring in own drink or food. You will be asked to pitch it or go outside in the 110 degree heat to consume it. If you are in a wheelchair, forget about going up on deck to watch your kids. The ramp is 2 way switch and steep. Then they put carpet over it to make it even harder to push up. You will need someone to push you up. Save your money and go to urban air. At least the staff there is friendly.

Our kids enjoyed coming to Elevate in the years since we have lived here.
I do not think that our kids have complaints, and neither do we, per se.
It would be nice if they would offer a greater amount of parking. They do offer handicapped parking, and one would be able to operate a wheelchair.
In the parking lot as well as the interior of the building.
In my opinion, particular during the hotter months, purchasing their frequent ” bounce card” names the most sense.
They do require that you either bring your snazzy bounce socks or purchase them.
They also offer to host birthday parties, as well as sell basic food and drink.
They could offer more seating for parents, as there are not numerous places to sit.
Aside from this issue, we enjoy ourselves and it is good for the kiddos to get out all of their energy.
