This place is a disaster, dangerous & dirty mess & this is not a one time thing, we brought our kiddo back, thinking surely these issues be resolved, nope. Bizarre considering they have risen their prices & charge additional for socks, that use to included with the membership, you would think they could afford to make this place a little safer. Time to find a better safer place for sure.

We took our three children here today (we have a monthly subscription) the children started off getting hurt on an exposed area of the trampoline that you jump off into a foam pit. The metal bars were exposed and easily jumped directly onto. After informing the young staff the issue was not resolved and left the dangerous environment open for all others. Another issue I had was after I noticed a strong smell of paint fumes, this turned out to be dozens of opened and new cans of spray paint. This paint was left opened and unsupervised by staff and in clear easy reach of all minor children , no barriers or ways to keep these cans away from children. . These issues are completely unacceptable and have been reported to the city.

Kids had a blast!! They have been to all the trampoline parks in the valley and they really had a great time at this one!! Also they are very hands on with cakes and food at the birthday parties and were very impressive and professional!!! I wish I could remember the girls name but she was short with dark hair on Thurs August 29 2024…. she was ON POINT!!!!

Brought my 4yr old in and he a good time, I will say however it seems to be geared towards older kids.
Taking off a start because the gentleman working the counter was extremely pushy in trying to get me to sign up for a membership even after I explained it was our first time in and I’m not even sure if my kid will
Like it. He also tried charging me for two adults and two children when it was just my son and myself so that was odd.
Overall my kid had a good time, but I’m not in a rush to go back.

This place used to be good as Crazy Air. Arrived today and it’s now Elevate. I don’t know if it’s a just a name change or if it’s under new ownership. The kids said the park now has less fun stuff and the staff were rude. 90 mins is the minimum time you can book. While sitting waiting for the kids, it was super warm. I asked the staff what the temperature was, coz if I was hot, I couldn’t imagine how hot the kids were getting jumping and running around! Then they told me their A/C wasn’t working. That would’ve been nice to know before I paid! Will avoid coming here in the future.
